Mr. Hobbs was the name of the Janitor who worked at Paradise High School before it was destroyed.
On the night of the Battle of Paradise High School, Mr. Hobbs was at the school boarding up the Principal's window which Four had run through earlier that day, amogst other jobs. He was one of the five faculty members that were killed by Mogadorians that night. His body was found with the others in a room in an untouched part of the school, all were found to have died from natural causes.

- Mr. Hobbs was portrayed by an uncredited actor in I Am Number Four (2011). His death scene sees him polishing the floors in the hallway and later returns to the same shot, only with the Polisher running through a pool of blood.
