The Lorien Academy is the name of a school for young Cêpan, educating them before they embark on their adult careers. The Principal during the time that Sandor attended was a lady named Osaria.
Sandor was expelled from the Academy for constant truancy and tinkering with the truancy register amongst other misdeeds, despite the fact that he was an impressive student.
The Academy was one of the first places to be targeted by the Mogadorians, in the first wave of their attack.
